Terms of Service

The service
PeerTrend is a discovery and awareness tool. It displays publicly available Reddit data, classified by AI, to help Singapore professionals find discussions where their expertise is relevant. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data or AI-generated classifications. Use the platform as a research aid — not as a sole basis for business decisions.
The data
Content shown on PeerTrend is sourced from publicly available Reddit posts. PeerTrend does not own this content. Reddit users retain ownership of their own posts. We surface patterns and aggregated signals — not verbatim reproductions intended for redistribution.
Your obligations on Reddit
When you engage on Reddit based on information discovered through PeerTrend, you are solely responsible for complying with Reddit's User Agreement and Reddit's API Terms of Service. PeerTrend is not responsible for how you choose to engage on Reddit or for any consequences of that engagement.
Acceptable use
You may use PeerTrend to inform your professional practice, content strategy, and service positioning.
You may not use PeerTrend to identify, contact, solicit, or target individual Reddit users — in any form, through any channel.
You may not use PeerTrend to harvest data, build contact lists, or extract user identities from Reddit discussions.
You may not reproduce or redistribute thread content, summaries, or demand data from PeerTrend for commercial purposes without written permission.
Misuse of the platform — including cold outreach, spam, or data harvesting — may result in immediate account termination.
Liability
PeerTrend is provided "as is." We are not liable for decisions made based on data shown on the platform, interruptions to service, inaccuracies in AI-generated classifications or summaries, or for any actions you take on Reddit or elsewhere based on information discovered through PeerTrend.
